1. SHIPPING
【Shipping Instructions】
If the product is in stock, it will be shipped via 7-ELEVEN delivery service within 7-14 working days (excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
If an order is placed during the weekend or a holiday, it will be processed on the next working day. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions.
【Shipping Fee】
7-ELEVEN delivery costs NTD 60 on the main island and NTD 140 on outlying islands.
Free shipping is available for purchases over NTD 5,000.
【Track Your Order】
You will receive an email with a tracking number when the item is shipped.
You can check the mailing progress at 7-11 delivery or log in to your account.
【Product Availability】
We will restock from Japan once a month, aiming to ensure that our products are always well-stocked. If the product is out of stock in our Japan warehouse, shipment to Taiwan will be delayed until the inventory is replenished. If you would like to receive the product immediately after placing your order, please confirm with us first whether the item is in stock.
2. CANCELLATION, RETURN, AND EXCHANGE
【Product Return and Exchange Specifications】
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Please open the package immediately once your order arrives and check the items.
FOULA DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR NON DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS.
If there is any damage, please contact us within 7 days and apply for a return, exchange, or refund. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. If there is no contact within 7 days after the arrival of the product, the product will not be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
