1. SHIPPING

【Shipping Instructions】
Upon confirmation of payment, the product will be shipped using 7-ELEVEN delivery within 7-14 working days (excluding holidays).

【Shipping Fee】
7-ELEVEN delivery costs NTD 60 on the main island and NTD 140 on outlying islands.
Free shipping is available for purchases over NTD 5,000.

【Track Your Order】
You will receive an email with a tracking number when the item is shipped.
You can check the mailing progress at 7-11 delivery or log in to your account.

【Product Availability】
We make every effort to try and ensure that all of our products are in stock. In the event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the available items in your order first and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock. We will ship the item once it is restocked.


2. CANCELLATION, RETURN, AND EXCHANGE

【Product Return and Exchange Specifications】
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Please open the package immediately once your order arrives and check the items.
FOULA DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR NON DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS.
If there is any damage, please contact us within 7 days and apply for a return, exchange, or refund. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. If there is no contact within 7 days after the arrival of the product, the product will not be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
